As part of its international growth ambitions, the company wanted to strengthen its presence in the Netherlands and the Dutch-speaking part of Belgium.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">To support this expansion, a local marketing strategy was needed, along with market positioning, lead generation activities and marketing materials tailored to the Benelux market.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"li1\">Event marketing and trade fair participation<\/li><li class=\"li1\">Collaboration with the international team in Sweden<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\">The focus was on creating a scalable alignment between local activities and the international organisation<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"p1\">The result was a solid platform for growth and a stronger presence in the Benelux market.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Although Winningtemp later decided to shift its international growth priorities and no longer maintain a dedicated Benelux team, the regional marketing structure and market presence were
